Choose a colour, dip your brush into the paint and flick the brush along the card
Clean and dry your brush and apply another colour in the same way
On applying the third and forth colours I flicked the brush across the card, instead of using the up and down motion
Your background is now ready to be stamped on

I suppose I will have to go and get some acrilic paints and have a go it looks great
